'Inspired by wood' is the English translation for Inspiration Bois, the name of the workshop which is settled in France. Created late 2005 by Patrick Rieutord, Inspiration Bois is totally dedicated to bespoke creations, for clients looking for the unique. Our creations combine methods coming from joinery, cabinet-making and naval carpentry. We offer sobre and contemporary French design, together with traditional methods and today means.  The website reflects the spirit of the workshop and its projects, without ever being a catalogue of all that was carried out or can be done. The workshop does not have any booklet thus, and does not wish to fall under this type of restricted choice, but studies any fittings, piece of furniture or accessory project. Choosing Inspiration Bois is to share its founder passion for the unique and perfection, and to understand the value of bespoke handcrafting.
